Seriously, we wish it wasn't this way, but running a media server that you can access from any web-browser anywhere historically required a class A nerd. We've done what we can to enable even relatively normal folk to get it working, and (since we don't want people paying their hard-earned cash ($19.99) only to find that it won't work for them)

we bring you, the ooTunes Setup Helper program (or OSHP). So, here's the deal, download it, run it, and if you can follow directions, you can probably get it working. If you get it working, it'll give you a code that you can use to signup.
